Erasmus+
As part of its efforts to develop new Erasmus+ agreements, the Nîmes University Institute of Technology (IUT) hosted a delegation of three representatives from the Technology Academy of Braunschweig, a vocational school in Germany, on Wednesday, April 17: Mr. Lutz Barfels (Principal of the Academy), Mr. Jochen Klein (Professor), and Mr. Klaus Krauth (Erasmus+ Coordinator) from the institution. Braunschweig is also a sister city of Nîmes.
Following a tour of the GEII, GMP, and SGM departments, discussions focused on the possibilities and conditions for the reciprocal exchange of German students and faculty for courses and internships at both institutions in the fields of mechanical engineering and electrical engineering.
The meeting took place in a friendly and productive atmosphere and will, we hope, lead to a fruitful agreement between the two institutions.
