As part of the development of new Erasmus+ agreements, on Wednesday, April 17, the IUT in Nîmes welcomed a delegation of three representatives from the Technology Academy of Braunschweig vocational school in Germany: Mr. Lutz Barfels (Principal of the Academy), Mr. Jochen Klein (Professor), and Mr. Klaus Krauth (Erasmus+ Coordinator) from the institution. Braunschweig is also twinned with the city of Nîmes.

After visiting the GEII, GMP, and SGM departments, discussions focused on the possibilities and conditions for mutual exchanges of German students and teachers for courses and internships at both institutions in the fields of mechanics and electrical engineering.

The meeting took place in a friendly and productive atmosphere and will hopefully lead to a fruitful agreement between the two institutions.
