Erasmus+

As part of its efforts to develop new Erasmus+ agreements, the IUT de Nîmes welcomed a delegation of three representatives from the Technology Academy of Braunschweig, a vocational school in Germany, on Wednesday, April 17: Mr. Lutz Barfels (Principal of the Academy), Mr. Jochen Klein (Professor), and Mr. Klaus Krauth (Erasmus+ Coordinator) from the institution. Braunschweig is also a sister city of Nîmes.

Following a tour of the GEII, GMP, and SGM departments, discussions focused on the possibilities and conditions for hosting German students and faculty for short-term internships at both institutions in the fields of mechanical and electrical engineering.

The meeting took place in a friendly and productive atmosphere and will, we hope, lead to a fruitful agreement between the two institutions.
