I'm applying for the 1st year of the BUT apprenticeship programme

I have been accepted into the 1st year of the GEA or GEII APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM AND I have received the CFA commitment certificate:

Before registering, I pay the CVEC and print out my certificate.

  • I would like to register in July: I would like to make an appointment by e-mail :

iutn-inscription@umontpellier.fr

and don't forget to leave my contact details (surname, first name, Parcoursup number, course and telephone number). I will then be contacted directly to arrange an appointment.

  • I want to register from August 21: I register online.
  1. After printing my CVEC CERTIFICATE I send an e-mail to the schooling department iutn-inscription@umontpellier.fr requesting a pass for my online registration (I specify my Parcoursup file number and my telephone number, and attach my CFA registration authorization); when I receive the schooling department's reply, I REGISTER ONLINE *.
    I print out the COMPLETE summary of my online registration.
  2. I must submit in the accepted formats (jpeg, jpg, pdf; please note that photos must be in JPEG or JPG format only) supporting documents on the PJ Web application without forgetting the declaration_sur l'honneur and Data protection document document. If I am a minor, I must download and submit this authorization.
  3. Once the administration has validated my documents, I'll receive an e-mail containing my login and password to activate my Digital Workspace (ENT). I'll then be able to print out my school certificate. HERE is important information about validating your computer account_.
  4. Make an appointment (starting September 1) on smartagenda to pick up my student card at the School Office.

* If, exceptionally, I would like to register in person, please send a request to iutn-inscription@umontpellier.fr, giving my telephone number so that we can call me back.

If I have obtained authorization to register in person :

I must pay the CVEC and print out my certificate.

  1. After printing my CVEC certificate , I prepare supporting documents without forgetting the registration form to complete and bring with me when I register, as well as the declaration of honor and authorization if I'm a minor.
    If I am covered by a continuing education scheme (jobseeker, employee, interrupted studies) or professionalization scheme, I must contact the continuing education department by e-mail or by telephone on 04 66 64 95 62.
