I am enrolling in the first year of the BUT program through an apprenticeship

I have been admitted to the first year of the BUT GEA or GEII program through an apprenticeship, and I have received the CFA commitment certificate:

Before registering, I will pay the *CVEC fee and print my certificate.

*I can't be both a scholarship recipient and an apprentice at the same time.

  • I would like to register for in-person classes: Please schedule an appointment via email:

and be sure to include my contact information (last name, first name, Parcoursup number, program of study, and phone number). I will then be contacted directly to schedule an appointment.

If I have been granted permission to enroll in an in-person program:

After issuing the CVEC certificate, I prepare the supporting documents without forgetting the registration packet  that I need to fill out and bring with me when I register, as well as  the sworn statement and the consent form if I am a minor.
If I am enrolled in a continuing education program (job seeker, employee, study break) or a vocational training program, I must contact the continuing education department by email or by phone at 04 66 64 95 62.

  • I would like to register online: I will complete my registration online (July 15–19 OR August 20–September 20)
  1. After editing my certificate CVEC  I send an email to the Student Services Office at iutn-inscription@umontpellier.fr requesting a pass to complete my online registration (I include my Parcoursup application number or student ID number if I’ve already been enrolled at UM, along with my phone number, and I attach my enrollment authorization from the CFA); When I receive a response from the Registrar’s Office, I ENROLL ONLINE .
  2. After I register (which takes 15 to 30 minutes), an email is sent to the personal email address I provided during registration. This link is valid for 24 hours and allows me to VERIFY MY ACCOUNT.
  3. I log in to the “PJ Web” application for submitting supporting documents via the icon available in my ENT (Digital Workspace). I upload the supporting documents as soon as possible in the accepted formats (jpeg, jpg, pdf, png; note: photos must be in jpeg or jpg format only) , making sure to include the sworn statement and the data protection form. If I am a minor, I must download and upload this authorization form.
  4. If my application is complete (as verified by the registrar's office), I can print my enrollment certificate from my digital learning platform.
  5. I'm scheduling an appointment (availability starting August 20) on smartagenda to pick up my student ID at the Registrar’s Office.
