2021 Pre-Semester Orientation for New First-Year Students

The Nîmes IUT is organizing a free pre-semester workshop from August 16 to August 27, 2021.

This course, consisting of 30 hours of math and 30 hours of physics, reviews the fundamentals covered in high school: it does not cover material from the BUT curriculum. It helps students who feel they need it to reinforce the basics they learned in high school.

There are only 24 spots reserved for the first volunteers to register for the BUT SGM, GMP, GEII, or GCCD programs.

Registration for the workshop will close on July 30, 2021.

All students enrolled in the internship are required to attend all sessions, which will take place Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

To register, please send an email to:jean-marc.benoit@umontpellier.fren, specifying your first and last names, the type of high school diploma you hold, and the relevant BUT program.

You will receive confirmation of your registration within 48 hours if it is approved.

If you do not receive a confirmation, it means that all spots have already been filled and that we will not be able to register you for the workshop despite your request.
