GC-CD: Visit to the SPACIO project in Nîmes

Third-year students in the GC-CD Bachelor’s program (Construction track) had the opportunity to visit the SPACIO project construction site in Nîmes, a major initiative led by Promologis and Foncière de Transformation Immobilière.

This ambitious project is transforming the former AXA headquarters into 125 affordable housing units, while also incorporating workspaces and a community center. Our students were able to explore the various stages of the construction project, from the empty floors after demolition to the model studio.
