GC-CD: visit to the SPACIO project in Nîmes

Year 3ᵉ students in the BUT GC-CD (Building course) had the opportunity to visit the SPACIO project worksite in Nîmes, a major initiative carried out by Promologis and Foncière de Transformation Immobilière.

This ambitious project transforms the former AXA headquarters into 125 affordable housing units, including workspaces and a community center. Our students had the opportunity to explore the various stages of the worksite, from the empty floors after clearance to the show studio.
