Come donate blood at the IUT!

➡ Donating blood contributes to the healthcare system and helps many patients every year. This can be in cases of cancer, blood disorders, significant bleeding during surgery, or even childbirth.


✔ To donate blood, you must:

– Be between 18 and 70 years old

– Weigh at least 50 kg

– Bring photo identification

Before traveling, remember to take the online test* on the EFS website to find out if you are affected by any contraindications.

From arrival to departure, allow between 45 minutes and 1 hour (don't worry, the donation itself only takes 10 minutes on average). Please note that it is best to eat beforehand and stay well hydrated throughout the donation process.
