Orientation day for new students

The IUT is organizing an immersion day for the 430 students who have just started their first year of BUT.
In the morning, a role-playing game and an association village will raise their awareness of eco-responsibility.

In the afternoon, a treasure hunt will take them around the Ecusson district, from the Arènes to the Maison Carrée, from the Musée de la Romanité to the Maison de l'Europe, via the Youth Service and many other must-see places. This is a great opportunity for them to discover the cultural offerings, practical aspects of life, and services available to them.

Program

• 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.: Team role-playing game and introduction to eco-friendly associations and student life
• 2:00 p.m.: Start of the team treasure hunt in downtown Nîmes
• From 4:30 p.m.: Welcome at the IUT by institutional representatives, awards ceremony, and social gathering
