Staff mobility

The Erasmus program also facilitates mobility within Europe for university staff.

Formerly known as TS (Teaching Staff) mobility or OM (Organization of Mobility) mobility, the Erasmus program has been reorganized to better meet your needs.

The new program structure continues to encourage staff mobility by allowing them to teach at a partner university in Europe, receive training abroad, or meet with partners.

TA (Staff Mobility – Teaching Assignments)

Teaching mission:

  • minimum: 5 hours of lessons per week
    maximum: 2 weeks
  • under an inter-institutional agreement
  • curriculum approved by the institution.

O.M. (Mobility Organization)

The O.M. activity allows staff to carry out assignments at a foreign partner university to ensure the smooth running of student mobility.

STT (Staff Mobility – Training)

It enables the mobility of administrative staff within Europe.

  • duration of 5 days to 6 weeks
  • in a partner company or higher education institution
  • a training plan approved by the UM
