Workforce mobility

The Erasmus program also facilitates mobility within Europe for university staff.

Formerly known as TS (Teaching Staff) Mobility or OM (Mobility Organization) Mobility, the Erasmus program has been restructured to better meet your needs.

The program’s new structure continues to encourage staff mobility by allowing them to teach at a partner university in Europe, pursue professional development abroad, or meet with partners.

TA (Staff Mobility – Teaching Assignments)

Teaching responsibilities:

• Minimum: 5 hours of class per week
  ; maximum: 2 weeks
• as part of an inter-institutional agreement
• curriculum approved by the institution.

O.M. (Mobility Organization)

The O.M. program enables staff to carry out assignments at a partner university abroad to ensure that student mobility runs smoothly.

STT (Staff Mobility – Training)

It facilitates the mobility of administrative staff within Europe

• lasting from 5 days to 6 weeks
• at a partner company or higher education institution
• a training plan approved by the UM
