Access to the learning center's study rooms

Hello everyone,

Starting this Monday, November 18, group study rooms (Learning Center carrels) will be available by reservation only.

To make a reservation:

Step 1:
Download the University Libraries app (Library Mobile) to reserve your room:Google PlayorApp Store
OR go directly to theAffluences reservation page

Step 2:
Book your appointment using your @etu.umontpellier.fr email address, then confirm your request via email.

Step 3:
Go to the library staff office or speak with the student assistants and show your student ID cards to pick up the keys to the reserved room.

Important information:

• Your reservation will be automatically canceled after 30 minutes if you do not check in at the front desk.
• Sessions are one hour long, with a maximum of 4 hours per day per student.

The use of group study rooms must comply with the IUT’s internal regulations and, in particular, adhere to the following rules: no eating, no phone calls, no vaping, and no smoking. Please respect the facilities, furniture, and equipment provided. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in disciplinary action by staff.
