Access to the learning center's study rooms

Hello, everyone,

Group study rooms (carrels in the Learning Center) are now available by reservation only, starting this Monday, November 18.

To make a reservation:

Step 1:
Download the University Libraries app (Library Mobile) to reserve your room:Google PlayorApp Store
OR go directly to theAffluences reservation page.

Step 2:
Reserve your slot using your @etu.umontpellier.fr email address, then confirm your request by email.

Step 3:
Go to the library staff office or student monitors with your student ID cards to collect the keys to the reserved room.

Important information:
  • Your reservation will be automatically canceled after 30 minutes if you do not show up at the reception desk.
  • Slots are one hour long, with a maximum of four hours per day per student.

The use of group study rooms must comply with the IUT's internal regulations and, in particular, the following rules: no eating, talking on the phone, vaping, or smoking. Please respect the premises, furniture, and equipment provided. Failure to comply with these instructions may result in disciplinary action by staff.
