BLOOD DONATION

September is here, the new school year is in full swing, and life is back to normal!

Between classes, work, and activities, your schedule is busy, but how about taking a break to save lives?

If you have blood type A, AB, B, or O, with a positive or negative Rhesus factor: the French Blood Establishment is counting on you!


✔ To donate blood, you must:

– Be between 18 and 70 years old

– Weigh at least 50 kg

– Bring photo identification

Before traveling, remember to take the online test* on the EFS website to find out if you are affected by any contraindications.

From arrival to departure, allow between 45 minutes and 1 hour (don't worry, the donation itself only takes 10 minutes on average). Please note that it is best to eat beforehand and stay well hydrated throughout the donation process.
