I am enrolling in the first year of the BUT program (non-apprenticeship track)

If I were a student at the IUT in Nîmes during the 2024–2025 academic year and I were to repeat a year, I would have to follow the re-enrollment procedures outlined on a specific page.

If I was admitted through Parcoursup but am already enrolled at the University of Montpellier, I must contact iutn-inscription@umontpellier.f to request a pass so that I can register directly from my Digital Workspace (re-enrollment tab) and then submit the required documents through my Digital Workspace.

I don't have to go there in person; I can register entirely online.

If, in EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES, I need to register in person, I will contact iutn-inscription@umontpellier.fas soon as possible toexplain my situation and request an appointment at the registration office.If I am unable to register on the dates listed in the Parcoursup calendar, I will send an email to iutn-inscription@umontpellier.fr to explain my situation and request that my admission be maintained.

Before registering, I pay the CVECfee (€105) and print out my receipt.

IMUSTREGISTER ONLINE( registration opens on July 4 at 2:00 p.m.). Please note: You may be required to pay by credit card.

  1. After I register (which takes 15 to 30 minutes), an email is sent to the personal email address I provided during registration. This link is valid for 24 hours and allows me to VERIFY MY ACCOUNT.
  2. I log in to the “PJWeb” supporting document submission app via the icon available in my ENT (Digital Workspace). I upload thesupporting documents (currently being updated) as soon as possible in the accepted formats (jpeg, jpg, pdf, png; note: photos must be in jpeg or jpg format only) , making sure to include the sworn statement (currently being updated) and the data protection form (currently being updated).  If I am a minor, I must download and submit this authorization form (currently being updated).
  3. I will then be able to obtain the enrollment certificate if my application is complete and has been approved by the Registrar’s Office. If my application is incomplete, I will receive an email explaining why it has not been approved. If I did not submit all the required supporting documents in July, I can complete the process on PJWeb as soon as possible.
  4. When classes resume, the staff at the Registrar’s Office will give me my student ID card, provided my application is complete. If I haven’t received my card, I will go to the Registrar’s Office as soon as possible, in the administration building (Monday through Thursday from 8:45 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Friday from 8:45 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.) . Before doing so, I will make sure I have successfully submitted all the documents via the PJ Web application.
    If I registered in July but haven’t submitted all the supporting documents, I’ll be able to do so once PJ Web reopens on August 19 (in the afternoon).
