You must submit your application on Parcoursup between January 19, 2026, and March 12, until capacity is reached.

Apprenticeships are a type of work-study program that combines the acquisition of skills and expertise with an employer and academic and practical instruction provided at a training institution.

The apprenticeship contract is a specific employment contract available to young people aged 16 to 30.

Admission

Candidates are selected based on their application. The following factors are taken into account:

  • academic background
  • report cards
  • teacher evaluations
  • training project
  • resume

Enrollment is conditional upon obtaining a high school diploma or its equivalent.

Application for ADMISSION to the 2nd or 3rd year of BUT

If you are coming from another IUT, go directly to the section titled “Admission Applications for Transfer Between IUTs.”

You must submit your application for admission via the eCandidat platform (BASE BLEUE) starting March 22, 2026.

Application deadline: June 20, 2026.

Incomplete applications will not be considered: please note that your application must be "complete" by the application deadline.
Any application found to be "incomplete" after the deadline cannot be modified.

Your application will be reviewed by the educational committee, which will issue a favorable or unfavorable opinion.

Decisions will be finalized by the admissions committee.

You will be informed of the status of your application by email notification (application complete, incomplete, favorable or unfavorable opinion) sent to the email address you entered when creating your account.

For apprenticeship admission applications:

Don't wait until the last minute to look for a company.

If your application is accepted , your final admission remains conditional upon the signing of an apprenticeship contract. You will be asked to provide this during the administrative registration process (or, failing that, authorization from the CFA EnSup-LR).

application for a professional bachelor's degree in GMP (MMS)

Applications must be submitted via the eCandidat platform (RED BASE) starting February 15, 2026.

Candidates are selected based on their application and, depending on the program, a possible interview. The following factors are taken into account:

  • the candidate's school and university education
  • candidate motivation
  • possibly his professional experience

You can apply even if you have not yet found a company: you can search for and find one after submitting your application.

If you already have a job offer, you can attach it to your application in the supporting documents section. Otherwise, you must click on "not applicable" to validate your application.

Admission results:

The results will be posted on the eCandidat portal as applications are submitted.

If you are admitted, you must provide proof of a two-year postsecondary degree or equivalent.

Application for ADMISSION by transfer between IUTs

This procedure is reserved exclusively for students wishing to enroll in the IUT of Nîmes in their second or third year and who have successfully completed the first and/or second year of IUT in the same specialty.

Once this form has been completed, signed, and accompanied by the required documents, you must email it to the head of the department to which you wish to apply, as well as to the registrar's office:

application for continuing education

Continuing education in higher education institutions is aimed at:

  • people (employees, job seekers, professionals, etc.) who have interrupted their studies and wish to acquire or develop a qualification, to enhance their professional experience
  • to employers (private or public) wishing to develop the skills of their employees

Provided they meet the prerequisites, candidates can register via the Continuing Education Department of the University of Montpellier to obtain:

  • Equivalent diplomas to the Baccalaureate (DAEU B, Capacité en droit)
  • National and state degrees (BUT, professional bachelor's degree, engineering degree, master's degree, etc.)
  • Institutional degrees (University Degree, Certificate)

Access to training is also possible through Validation of Professional Experience or Validation of Acquired Experience (VAP/VAE).
