  • Apprenticeship Application

You must submit your application on Parcoursup starting January 19, 2026, and continuing past March 12, until the program reaches capacity.

An apprenticeship is a work-study program that combines the acquisition of practical skills and expertise at a workplace with academic and practical instruction provided at a training institution.

An apprenticeship contract is a specific type of employment contract available to young people between the ages of 16 and 30.

Admission

Candidates are selected based on their application materials. The following factors are taken into account:

  • educational background
  • report cards
  • teacher evaluations
  • training program
  • Resume

Enrollment is contingent upon having earned a high school diploma or its equivalent

Application for Admission to the 2nd or 3rd Year of a Bachelor's Degree Program

If you are coming from another IUT, go directly to the section titled “Admission Applications for Transfers Between IUTs.”

You must submit your application for admission via the eCandidat platform (BASE BLEUE) starting March 20, 2026.

Application deadline: June 20, 2026.

Incomplete applications will not be considered: please note that your application must be “complete” by the application deadline.
Any application found to be “incomplete” after the deadline cannot be modified.

Your request will be reviewed by the academic committee, which will issue a recommendation for or against it.

The decisions will be finalized by the admissions committee.

You will be notified of the status of your application via email (whether it is complete or incomplete, or whether the decision is favorable or unfavorable) at the email address you provided when you created your account.

For apprenticeship applications:

Don't wait until the last minute to look for a company.

If your application is accepted , your final admission is contingent upon signing an apprenticeship contract. You will be asked to provide this contract during the administrative registration process (or, failing that, authorization from the CFA EnSup-LR).

Application for the GMP (MMS) Professional Bachelor's Degree

You must submit your application via the eCandidat platform (BASE ROUGE) starting February 15, 2026.

Candidates are selected based on their application materials and, depending on the program, a possible interview. The following factors are taken into account:

  • the candidate's educational background
  • candidate's motivation
  • possibly their professional experience

You can apply even if you haven’t found a company yet: you can search for and find one after submitting your application.

If you already have a job offer, you can attach it to your application as supporting documentation; otherwise, you must click “This document does not apply to me” to submit your application.

Admission results:

Results will be posted on the eCandidat portal as applications are submitted.

If you are admitted, you must provide proof of a two-year post-secondary degree or its equivalent.

Application for ADMISSION via transfer between IUTs

This procedure is intended solely for students who wish to enroll in the second or third year at the IUT de Nîmes and who have successfully completed the first and/or second year of the IUT program in the same major.

Once this form has been completed, signed, and accompanied by the required documents, you must email it to the department head of the department to which you are applying, as well as to the Registrar’s Office:

application for continuing education

Continuing education in higher education institutions is intended for:

  • for individuals (employees, job seekers, self-employed professionals, etc.) who have taken a break from their studies and wish to acquire or develop a qualification, or to build on their professional experience
  • to employers (private or public) seeking to develop their employees' skills

Provided they meet the prerequisites, applicants may register through the University of Montpellier’s Continuing Education Department to earn:

  • Qualifications equivalent to the Baccalaureate (DAEU B, Certificate of Legal Proficiency)
  • National and state-recognized degrees (Bachelor's degree, Professional Bachelor's degree, Engineering degree, Master's degree, etc.)
  • Institutional degrees (University Degree, Certificate)

Admission to the program is also possible through the Recognition of Professional Qualifications or the Recognition of Prior Learning (VAP/VAE)
