objectives

The aim of this professional degree is to provide solid training in the design and manufacture of mechanically-welded structures, the use of welding and the implementation of quality controls.

target skills

The target skill is that of weldingcoordinator (NF en ISO 14731).
This license is accredited by the Association Française du Soudage to prepare the I.W.T. (International Welding Technologist)exam.
On completion of the course, the graduate will be able to :

  • Produce manufacturing drawings and routings,
  • Define welding procedure qualifications,
  • Solve metallurgical and weldability problems,
  • Manage organizational problems in the workshop and on site
  • Draft technical documents (welding specifications)
