The apprenticeship contract
Apprenticeships are based on the principle of alternating between academic and practical training provided at a training center and the acquisition of skills at an employer's workplace. The pace of this alternation varies depending on the training program, but follows a schedule established in advance.
- An apprenticeship contract is a special type of employment contract that allows the student to hold dual status: as a student and as a full-fledged employee of the company.
- The apprenticeship contract is intended for individuals under the age of 30 at the time of signing the contract (except in certain cases: disabled workers, business start-ups, high-level athletes).
- All information regarding the necessary steps is available on the website of the Languedoc-Roussillon Apprentice Training Center (CFA ENSUPLR)
