BUT GEA / Business and Administration Management

• Level 6: bachelor's degree level, 180 ECTS credits
• 2 specialization tracks starting in the 2nd year
• Skills-based approach: 5 fundamental professional skills developed throughout the program
• Training strongly structured around professional situations and business games
• Internationally-oriented education (internships and semesters abroad available, as well as certain BUT3 courses taught in English)

The B.U.T. in Business and Administration Management aims to train versatile graduates with analytical and synthesis skills. They will understand how an organization works and its socio-economic environment, and will master the main management tools. They will be able to integrate various functions (accounting, finance, marketing, human resources, etc.).

The GEA department offers two programs starting in the second year.

• Management, Entrepreneurship, and Business Management (GEMA)
• Management Control and Performance Management (CG2P)

Skills common to both tracks:

• Analyze the organization's processes within its environment
• Assist in decision-making
• Manage relationships with the organization's stakeholders

Specific skills:

Management, Entrepreneurship, and Business Management Program:

• Designing the value creation strategy
• Ensure the management and development of the value chain

Management Control and Performance Management Course:

• Design management control tools
• Implement levers for continuous improvement of organizational performance

Internship: 22 to 26 weeks over the course of 3 years.
Work-study program: possible from the 1st year.
