GEA Degree / Business and Public Administration Management

• Level 6: Bachelor's degree level, 180 ECTS
• 2 specialization tracks starting in the 2nd year
• Competency-based approach: 5 core professional competencies developed throughout the program
• A program heavily structured around real-world work scenarios and business simulations
• Internationally-oriented program (internships and semesters abroad are available, and some BUT3 courses are taught in English)

The Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Public Administration aims to train versatile graduates with strong analytical and synthesis skills. They will understand how an organization operates and its socioeconomic environment, and will be proficient in the main management tools. They will be able to take on various roles (accounting, finance, marketing, human resources, etc.).

The GEA Department offers two tracks starting in the second year

• Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, and Operations Management (GEMA)
• Management Control and Performance Management (CG2P)

Skills common to both tracks:

• Manage the organization's relationships with its stakeholders

Specific skills:

Internship: 22 to 26 weeks over the course of the 3 years.
