Organization
Management and advisory board of the University Institute of Technology
The IUT Council defines the institute's general policy and formulates proposals for its implementation, particularly with regard to continuing education and local guidelines.
The chair of the IUT council is elected for a renewable three-year term from among external figures representing socio-economic circles.
Within the IUT, the president is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the council. Together with the director, he or she manages the institute. His or her position allows him or her to act as a mediator.
Externally, it is intended to serve as a link between the IUT and the socio-economic world, primarily the professional community and businesses.
